All items sold through SaadiPrime (including software suites, dashboards, planners, and virtual access passes) are intangible digital goods delivered electronically via download or account access.
No physical shipments are involved.


๐Ÿ’ณ 2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are granted only under the following conditions:

  • You experience technical issues that prevent product access or activation and our support team cannot resolve them within 7 business days.
  • You were charged twice for the same order due to a system error.
  • You made an accidental duplicate purchase of the same license or file.

To qualify, requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.


๐Ÿšซ 3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after download or activation.
  • Incompatibility caused by customer hardware, software, or system settings.
  • Misunderstanding of product features or functionality (full descriptions are available before purchase).
  • Promotional or discounted items.
  • Failure to implement or use the product after purchase.

Once digital access is granted or files are downloaded, the item is considered โ€œusedโ€ and cannot be returned.

  1. Contact our support team with your order number, payment confirmation, and a detailed explanation.
  2. Our technical team will review and verify the issue.
  3. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5โ€“10 business days to the original payment method.

All communication must occur through your registered purchase email for verification.

If your license key or product link becomes corrupted or inaccessible, SaadiPrime will reissue a new key or restore access at no extra cost, provided valid proof of purchase is presented.

All SaadiPrime digital products include free updates within the same version cycle and technical assistance for installation or setup issues.
